Each offer has instructions, which if you follow correctly, will result in the offer becoming complete and you being credited with points. It depends on where you live on how many offers you will have available to you, as advertisers like to target users.
Getting referrals is a great and easy way to make points. We have structured our referral system to give everyone a chance to earn a reward, no matter where you may live.
